Press Room

Welcome to the Oxford Farming Conference (OFC) Press Room.

Here you will be able to find all the information you need about the event including high-resolution photos, speech papers and press releases for you to use. You can also refer to the full conference section where you will find the 2022 programme.

* PRESS REGISTRATION *

The 2022 conference will take place from 5 to 7 January, returning to Oxford and focusing on the theme "Routes to Resilience". The event will have a hybrid element with some sessions live streamed.

To apply for press accreditation, please complete this form. If you are awarded a pass, you will be sent a link and code to register via the OFC 2022 booking system.

Complimentary passes will only be approved for working journalists, and as space is limited at the venue, multiple individuals from one publication may be restricted and offered a digital pass instead.

A press pass does not include dinners. You can book and purchase a seat for dinner during your registration.

If you have any questions in the meantime please email marketing@ofc.org.uk.

Press accreditation for physical attendance will close on 31 December 2021. Digital press accreditation will close on 4 January 2022.

* PRESS BRIEFINGS AND INTERVIEWS *

If you have any questions or would like to arrange an interview with any of the speakers, please email marketing@ofc.org.uk. For interviews with the political speakers, you are asked to contact their offices direct.

For those attending the event in Oxford, a press briefing will take place after some of the on-stage sessions. You will be notified in the press room, at the Examination Schools. These will not be live streamed for press joining digitally.

* ACCOMMODATION *

In previous years, accommodation has been included in the booking options when purchasing a ticket for the conference. For 2022, accommodation will not be included as each venue operate their own booking and cancellation policy and therefore booking direct is preferred. A list of recommended venues, including any form of discount, will be uploaded to our delegate information page in October.
